Delta,
Sad thing is there is a bun in the oven (so to speak) I have a 230 on the way. It will complete my sig itch -- for now.
Clockwise from top: 225, 226, 229, 228 and 220 in .38 super. The super is the second one I have had, actually the third 220. I will probably break down and get one in 9mm and another .45 sooner or later. But I have to finish my CZ family first. :)

Here's a group photo from one of the Purdue gun club's trips to the local public range. Of them, only the Colt 1903, 1860 Army, and 1911 (the one with the bobbed hammer) are mine.

faustulus,
Awesome, congrats on being expecting.
I had a 220 in 45acp and a 230 with the alloy frame.
Damn fine guns, wish I still had them, but I sell stuff too quickly sometimes. :(

Cratz2, why don't you buy 1 more mag and make it an even 30 ?!
Well, that was a while back. I probably have another 15 or so now... you can never have too many 1911 mags, I always say. :p
And furthermore... I can't believe you actually counted them. :uhoh: or maybe :scrutiny:

I counted too. I wonder what that makes me.:uhoh:

cratz, i am insanely jealous of you right now. do you ever think about donating to worthy charities? cause if so, my charity needs a 1911 donation like you wouldnt believe. you'd get a new pic taken every couple months of your baby with its new family, and you'd always be able to write or call the 1911 to see how its doing. whaddayasay? :( make this 1911-less family complete, and experience the joy of giving! :D

Holy Revolver heaven, Batman!
Amazing collections folks. Tamara, how fun. Do you ever consider making display cases for them all? Maybe a safe-room, with pistols in cases and rifles hanging on the walls. Simply breathtaking. :D

Mom's side of the family were simple folk from the midwest.

I missed a few that I couldn't fit in the frame.
I think Tamara and I should get together and corner the market on Smith & Wessons...

Tamara,
Like revolvers heh? Me too. I also like Semi Auto's but I choose a revolver most of the time for carry. I NEVER go to the range without some revolvers!

Hey michiganfan, what's the gun between the H&K and the 1911?
I looks like a cross between a CZ75, cz100, and BHP, all rolled into one.

its a Witness P fullsize 45. Manufactured by Tanfiglio and imported by EAA. Got it from Davidson's . It is big. Shoots well and so far 400 rounds has been reliable.
Supossedly a CZ clone, but Ive never seen a CZ in person so I dont know.
Im honored that someone actually looked at my guns.

After seeing the size of some of your families, I feel like an unloving individual. I thought my family, with 8 handguns, 3 shotguns, and 11 rifles was large. Now I realize I need to quickly get to my local neighborhood adoption agency, er, gun dealer.
