I believe DSK has a pair. He is a member on this forum but may be easier to get a hold of over on the 1911 Forum. (http://www.1911forum.com)
I think a seller on eBay makes them. Don't see the seller with anything listed but I've bought a couple pair of silverwood grips from him. Or maybe I'm completely wrong on that.

The ones at 1911 forum are the only others I've seen. If I remember correctly the person that has them bought them at auction or the like but doesn't know who made them.
The photo I posted is from ebay, didn't get my bid in on time.
I emailed the seller about the maker, his reply was that he would have another pair for sale in the near future.
Is this the seller you got yours from?

Yep... those are the ones. I bought a pair of his standard double diamond grips and a pair of his border cut grips. Both were perfectly cut and drilled. He doesn't seem to be in a big hurry to make what you want so I'd recommend you keep an eye on his auctions.

FWIW,
"Grip" is what you do when you grab the thing.
"Stocks" are what you are referring to.
A nit. ;)

So then Hogues website should be www.getstock instead of www.getgrip and them there aluminum ones should be alumastocks instead of alumagrips?
Something to think about at 3:00 am I guess. :D

Just kiddin'.
Took me a while to get clip & magazine straight too.

And I guess Don Williams needs to change his domain as well. ;)
I've always made the distinction between magazine and clip as I was taught from a young age by someone that took great offense to such slips.
To me, a rifle has a stock but a pistol has grips. I've just always though of it like that. Where exactly does the term stock come from in reference to firearms? And why do knives have 'scales'? :p
