Hey all-
I have a Ruger SP-101 in the "target gray" finish, and really like the way it isn't either blue or shiny stainless- but in nicely between (more like a semi-flat gray stainless finish).
I'm interested in getting a similar (+durable and solvent-resistant) finish on a new stainless S&W 629 3" .44 magnum- any recommendations on finishes, and where to get it done?
I'm open to all kinds of gray or in-between finishes though, so please don't hold back on the example pics or links to open the options.
