I was 22 days into my 30-day permit application deadline last summer when that judge crapped all over my plans. I got my $100 back from the county sheriff, but have had to wait until now to spend it again. Long live Governor Pawlenty.

I talked to my dad today, he went down to the Hennepin County Sheriff's office today and dropped off his application. He said he was the only one there. However they are accepting applications.
