Some people seem to find these things for almost nothing, but I'm not one of them. I'd pay that in a heartbeat for that gun. I think they'll increase in value, but if that's you're main concern, a CD would probably be a better bet.

thats my point, you can`t shoot or clean or fondle a CD, but a fine gun that increases in value along with being able to use it, is what I am looking for in my declining years towards retirement.

I've got an older model 511 w/o the peep sight, and I think it's worth close to that. I'm with Bullet Bob, I'd snatch that thing up immediately at that price.
I don't know how much it will increase, but it's one of the smoothest shooting .22's ever. Plus it shoot S, L, LR, if that matters to you. If you shoot .22 shorts, with earmuffs, it's hard to tell if it went off. :D
If price increase if your primary goal, get a popular milsurp that's cheap now, and wait for the supply to dry up.

They say, buy the firearm because you like it. If you want to make an investment, put your money in a CD or ??.
And of course the other one, if you want to double your money, fold it in half and put it in your pocket.
IMO, if you like it, buy it, and maybe it will be worth more than you paid in five years, but if it's investment only, why worry about fondling the rifle.
