What's the better designed rifle?

I just wanted to know if the Daewoo K2 or Galil design is better? Is there any other standard military rifle like the K2, with the AR15 type lower and AK style upper with improved sighting?

FNC, AR 70/90, and Sig 550 all use AR style ergos and sights along with the Kalashnikov bolt. The Galil is the most AK like.
As far as how good they are, I don't really know. I'm afraid there just aren't that many around to abuse.

Are you proposing that the AR-15 lower receiver is a superior design in any way? I disagree. It's not a bad design, but I don't think it's anything special or necessarily better.
Everybody should know where I stand on this. I think the G-36 is the best designed rifle on the market. I also think that the gas system on the Daewoo is inferior to the G-36. The G-36 is a unique system that takes the best of the AR-18 design and the AR-15 shaped gas chamber with a self-regulating vent that vents forward. The G-36 lacks only in that it does not have a good trigger pull. Too bad it isn't available at a reasonable cost in the USA.
