I've read that this stuff is very similar to Hogdon BL-C2.
I have also seen it priced for around half of what you would usually pay for a pound of powder.
My questions are, where can I get it, and what is your experience with it, if any.
Also, for reloading data, would you just use loads listed for BL-C2 and work up from there?
