I have had problems in the past like you are having. Long story short I had to change my dial up number. Are you on a dial up connection? Just a thought. I know it sounds weird, and you may not be on a dial up connection, but it fixed my problems.

Put 69.93.244.52 in your address bar and see if their front page loads.

My router was acting up. I just restarted my moderm, router then my computer. Works fine now. Mark
