I'm looking for one. can anyone help me find a dealer of such an item? Preferably a flintlock but i'd settle for percussion.

Check out user, horstheld, on Gunbroker. He's got a double Howdah that may be what you are looking for. He specializes in antique handguns.

Dixie Gun Works. Does it need to be a old one?

DGW is a good bet, or just search makers web sites for the odd offering here and there. Most BP handguns tend to be revolvers or single shots, so good luck in your search. Let us know if you find anything promising.

What caliber are you wanting? Side by side, over and under. Any?
I may, I would have to dig to find it, if I still have it. A Parker side by
side 12 ga. percussion with 10” ? barrels. All lose parts, no wood.
Had a side by side .36 cal.? with folding triggers. Kind of a cheap junky
thing . Gone now. I do run across a lot of things at times
Why not make one. That way you can have it your way.

12GA? COOL!!
I would seriously consider buying that monster off of you if you could find it.
We should talk more about that.
To answer the rest of your questions
I'm easy on caliber.
side by side preferably.

Making one sounds fun. Where's a good place to find info on building a muzzleloader?

I will start looking, understand that I have a lot of things in a lot of places.
Did say a lot of places? I meant to say lots and lots. In more then one state.
By you statement,
“12GA? COOL!!
I would seriously consider buying that monster off of you if you could find it.”
I surmise that, yes that would be cool to have. That is the reason that I may
still have it, but that is not what you had in mind as your first choice??
If you could explain in as much detail as possible what you envisioned, as
long as I am going to dig, I could keep a eye out for other things also.
If you like you may E-mail me and or here.

Tinker2,
Nice handle there. :D
WA,
Though not a side by side Dixie sells these little kits. It's an O/U swivel pistol. It's .36 cal and can shoot 000 buck or lead shot. I have one I asembled a few years ago. It's got it's quirks, but I like it. It fires every time, but accuracy lacks. Here's one of Dixie's pages on this gun.

Barrel is a .36 caliber side by side

You listed links for DGW and Track above, so my deducer says you dig muzzleloaders too. Regardless of Tinkering, we must be kinfolk. :D

I like flint locks but have more percussion
In the planing or thinking stage
.32 or .35 Short (10”) barreled rifle.

Well I have looked in all the easy places. No luck with the double barrel but
did find some things that I needed and didn’t remember that I had, so I will
keep looking.
