"Rated threads"

Why are none of threads rated? Are none of "us voting"? or am I missing something?

You're not missing anything. That 'feature' gets very little use and has even less value.

To answer the original question, nobody is voting. It also may take a few votes before it starts displaying the average.

Perhaps we could disable rating and recover the pixels that field currently uses on the screen...
