Are they reloadable? Are they brass with some sort of coating to give them the black color? What is the coating?

The black dulled during tumbling. It looks like it may be gone after the next tumble.

i sell once fired brass and was sorting some brass today and came across a couple of them....i first thought that Wolf had come up with a new coating....looked at the headstamp and saw Hornady....a magnet wouldn't pick them up (that's a good thing)....threw them away anyway.......D I C K

Hornady makes some fine product's, including TAP ammunition! :D

black cases would be cool, if only for novelty factor.
