I'm interested in some recommendations as to which pocket holster I should get for my Kahr MK9? I'm looking for something that will make it print like a wallet and preferrably be made of leather and will not shift in the pocket. I have seen these before, but I cannot remember who makes them. I'm sure more than one manufacture makes them now, so I would like some recommendations from people who use them and then decide from there which one to get. Thanks!

Considering one of these:

I'm interested in hearing about other similiar choices.

Here's a style that I do at K&D Holsters. It's is our 2n1 convertible, wherein you essentially get two holsters in one. The anti-print panel snaps on and off. With the panel off, it's most commonly carried in the front pocket. With the panel on, it's most commonly carried in the back or coat pocket. The cost is $45 + $5/shipping = $50/shipped.

Front view with panel on:

Back view with panel on (gun is in the holster):

K-Man,

I have been looking for a pocket holster for my NAA-Mini Mag(1 1/8"). I notice you make one, do you have a picture? The one I am interested in is for front pocket carry only.

Thanks,

Jim

It's not leather, but for $10 Uncle Mike's #3 fits perfectly.

Thanks K-Man, that is a very nice looking holster setup and is just what I'm looking for. I will most likely be ordering one as soon as funds allow. Thank you.

CougarRed, I'm currently using an Uncle Mike's #4 and the #2 for the spare 7 round magazine in my left pocket. The #3 is for revolvers AFAIK, but if it fits it fits I guess...

I have a DeSantis (not leather) and an Andrews (leather). Both work very well depending on which pocket I'm using. The Andrews has the large outer leather 'shield' that makes it look like a wallet in the pocket. It is fitted well to the gun and will not shift. Easy to draw from also. Give both a look.

Sam Andrews makes a great holster. He's easy to talk with and always willing to answer any questions you may have. Here's the link to his website:

I know he's busy, but you'll find the wait worth it.

K-Man, I just realized....that maybe those are only meant for back pocket carry. If that's the case, that's not what I want. I want something that prints like a wallet for front pocket carry...is that how this wallet holster works?

I carry mine in the right front pocket. Works wonderfully.

I carry my P9 Covert, my K9 Elite 98, my HK P7, and my SW 342PD in an Uncle Mike's #3. All fit perfectly.
