becuase of the excessive muzzle flash/blast has anyone tried creating some loads to reduce that, such as faster burning powder so it burns inside the barrel instead of outside?

Bump--anyone have any good loads for the SOCOM--an M1A with a 16.25" barrel and retuned gas system? Or, since Springfield retuned it, does everyone just treat it like the M1A?
