Anyone had any dealings with The Knife Store (http://www.theknifestore.com/index.php) in Amarillo, TX?

I placed a order there a couple of weeks ago and received order confirmation via email. They are not answering my emails and their website was down for the past few days. No answer on their phone either.

FYI, they haven't charged my CC yet.

my guess would be some IT issues. Loss of network connectivity would result in everything you mentioned. But depending on how they are set up your CC should of been billed right as you submitted the order (not always though)
