I've had this Colt for quite some time...I take it to the range about twice a year just to shake off the dust. Last week, I found that the grip safety has didn't work and I want to repair it before I shoot myself in the foot. Since work has to be done to it, I figure I might as well go all out. It already has a FLGR and a Bomar rear sight. I plan to replace the springs, firing pin, and add a MSH w/ magwell. I'd like some suggestions on what I else to do? Maybe have it refinished? If necessary, I'll have everything done professionally....anyone know a good gunsmith? I'm open to any suggestions, but would like to limit modifications to things that won't decrease it's value.

Here are some pictures...(it's blued with a little wear near the muzzle).
