SW99 v. Walther p99

Can anyone compare these models to one another? I really like the feel of the Walther in my hand, but I was told that these models are almost identical, although the SW model is a bit cheaper. What are the substantive differences between the two, and why is the Walther a better buy when compared to the SW model?
