Does anyone have any experience with this ammo? I see it listed on ammunitionstore.com and at a good price, especially for Brass cased .45 ACP ammo. Im about to go and pick up a case of 500 Lake city match grade ammo for 95 dollars a case, and i see this is a bit cheaper, but still more than wolf. Of course, your compareing apples to oranges.

Never shot the ammo but I have gotten some of the brass and it isn't good brass. You can reload it but it falls somwhere between S&B and Amerc on the crappy brass-o-meter.

I was just about to start a thread on this ammo. I picked up some 45acp at Military Gun Supply last week. The guy says: "let me know if it's any good, you're the first person to buy any". :scrutiny:
Anyway, 230gr JHP for $9.95 per/50. Looks like a Corbon bullet. Brass is nice and accuracy is pretty good out of my Sig P220. It doesn't feel very powerful. I'm guessing around 800fps.
The one BAD thing about this ammo that I found right off the bat was that it's smoky as anything I've ever shot. 14 rounds down range and the firing line was smoked out. I do not recommend this stuff for an indoor range.
As long as you're outdoors and can't find Blazer Brass or WWB cheaper, I'd shoot it.

MFS- UGH.
Caused multiple FTFs in a commander size 1911. AOL was about 1.250-5", shorter than normal.
I think I've still got about 5 or 6 boxes left. Any of you Marylanders like it, I'll make a sweet deal.

In a previous post it is compared to S&B. Ridiculous.
My experience with it is poor.
Bought 30-06 and couldn't fit 8 rounds into a Garand clip!
My caliper showed the case's diameter was too large by about 0.1 mm which multiplied by 7 was too much distortion for the clip...
I returned them all.
Never MFS again.
