I bought a Winchester Model 100 in 308Win a couple months ago and finally got out to shoot it. The only problem I am having is 1 out of 4 rounds won't eject and the brass becomes stuck in the chamber. I have cleaned this gun with Butch's Bore Shine and the barrel and chamber look very clean but yet it's not extracting. The extractor doesn't look worn and when I let the bolt slam shut on the brass case the extractor really hooks onto the brass and then I can pull it out.

Any idea's as to why the brass is sticking in the chamber?
