Why when i make a post , my number of post never change . I have made way more then 16

Correct, at the time I am writing this you have made 302 posts. However, the vast majority are in the Buy/Sell/Trade forums. Posts in those forums don't contribute to the main purpose of THR and so they don't contribute to anyone's post count.
