A few of us in the local shop have noticed two styles of bullet for this ammo and it seems to vary with the box size. The 50 round box has the standard 130 gr round nose bullet while the 100 round box has a flat-nosed bullet. Both fully jacketed. Is anyone aware of why this difference?

Weird, the last couple boxes I picked up at Wally World were 100rd boxes of round noses......

Frosty - the few times I have picked some up (usually reload) - it has been RN - was not aware of anything different. 50 round boxes, of course!

Live and learn! :)

I buy about 200 rounds a month in the 100 round value packs. All have been round nose.....

I got a 100 round box at Wally World and it was flat nose. My guess would be the flat nose are cheaper to produce since this is there bargain ammo nad the price isn't bad for 100 rounds.
