Basic Firearms Safety Course Prep:

Hi all, I am signed up at American Firearms School in North Attleboro MA for the BFSC this saturday, and was wondering if anyone else who has been through this/something similar has tips on what to bring, etc.
As an FYI, I know a very limited amount about firearms (other than they go bang, and are a darn good time!), so will I have a difficult time with this?
Thanks in advance for your help!

a list of what to bring. If it did not, some suggestions:
1. GOOD eye protection, including SIDE coverage;
2. GOOD hearing protection, such as 29 NRR or better; and
3. A cap, to keep brass out of your face and overhead lights out of your eyes.
A notebook and a couple of good pens would also be a good idea.
Good luck, learn a lot and have fun. Say "Hi" to Jim and Henri for me. ;)
