Is there anyway to adjust the rear sight it shoots about +3" to the right?

The rear sight is mounted in a dovetail and can be driven to the right or left. Remove the slide from the pistol and clamp the back part behind the ejection port in a padded vise. Be careful not to squeeze the rails.

Using something relatively soft, such as a hardwood or brass punch, drive the sight to the left. (Or the direction you want to correct for - shooting right, move the sight left).

Old Fluff. Thanks will give that a try did not want to start hitting the rear and maybe cause some damage. Other than that it shoot good for a G.I 40 year old weapon.

Jdstevens: is that the one you got for $25? No wonder that cheap ole (more like 60 years old) thing shoots crooked. :)
