I know that George Stringer, a gunsmith who was active on The Firing Line (and maybe here) had serious health problems following a heart attack, some time back and had to retire.
Has anyone checked in, checked up on, or heard any news about George?
(I don't think it was expected that he could return to work, but it would be nice to know that things weren't quite a dire for him and his family as they were immediately following his heart problem.)
He had worked on several of my guns, over the years, and was a good guy to do business with.
