I need the lanyard loop assembly (loop, screw, stud, etc.) for a S&W 1917 model revolver. The gun has a blued finish, and is in .45ACP.
I've already checked with Numrich/e-gunparts - no luck.
If anyone knows where I can find these parts, or if you've got them for sale, let me know!

I got a lanyard swivel from a guy at the Cody Antique gun show. He had another one. I'll try to find his card and PM you.
The parts you need are the swivel ring and base, made as a non-removable assembly, and a pin the goes into the hole in the frame from the side to keep the swivel in place. I didn't see any pins in his parts, but that would be the easy thing to fabricate. I think I paid about $8 for the swivel/base assy.
Did you try Smith and Wesson?

Colt and Smith lanyard assemblies are fairly interchangable with some fitting.
Try GunParts again and ask for a Colt 1917 lanyard assembly.
Gun Show Parts Dealers usually have one or two in their collection of goodies.
Ask, they usually keep them under the table, out of sight.
Be prepared to gasp :what: when they tell you what they want for one, but if you need one, you need one.
