So far, I love it. I fondled and dry fired it last night and I'm going for a range test at lunchtime. I'll give a report when I get back.

Thanks! No digital camera and if I did have one it would be a year before my e-literate *** could figure out how to use it!! Sorry man. I can tell you it looks and functions EXACTLY like a full size XD just shrunken down.

How's the grip? Can you get all three fingers on the grip???

How does it feel compared to a Glock 26/27?

How much did it run ya? (if you don't mind saying...)

Inquiring minds want to know :D

Thanks

Yes, I too would be interested in a range report. I'd like to find out how they compare w/ the sub Glocks.

OK boys, here goes:

The XD sub is the most accurate 9mm handgun I have ever shot(that is REALLY saying something because I've shot them all). It is thinner than the Glock 26 and IMO carries much better. I can only get two fingers on the grip but then again my fingers are freakin' HUGE. The recoil and muzzle flip is so non-existent that two fingers is more than adequate to keep it under control.

I shot my CHL proficiency course (50 rounds from 3,7, and 15 yards) and scored 249 out of 250. The trigger is WONDERFUL. It is different, but in a good way. IMO, it almost felt like a two stage trigger with a crisp break and quick reset.

I haven't been this excited about a carry piece in a long time and I'm a hard sell on subcompact pistols because my hands are so big but this one is a WINNER!

Oh yeah, first 60 rounds out of the box no FTF,FTE, or double feeds. In other words, flawless.

I know I sound like the poster child for SA but this is the REAL DEAL y'all.

It cost me $410 out the door but I have a dealer who makes an $11 markup on his stuff. Regular price is gonna run you around $450 or so, worth every penny and more IMO.

Your mileage may vary, but this is officially my favorite handgun in the arsenal.

SoDFW Jason:
Buy a digital camera, then give your neighbor's kid $10 to teach you how to use it, and another $10 to teach you how to upload pictures to the web. He/she will have you up and running in no time.

Crud... and I thought I had all the pistols I REALLY wanted for a while, and could concentrate on another rifle or two.

Thanks a lot!
