Looking into the Daly ZDA, its a CZ?

I am looking for something "diffrent". I accidently bumped into Charles Days website, and the ZDA on it. From the research I have done so far it looks like the ZDA is really a CZ 999. However Ireally know nothing about eiterh model or Charles dlys firearms. So can anyone enlighten me into these firearms?? Any info is appreciated

It's made by Zastava Arms of Serbia & Montenegro. The world famous CZ pistols are made in Uhersky Brod, Czech Republic - aka CZUB. Other than that I don't know a thing about the Daly guns.
