It has only recently came to my attention that the Post Office no longer,well,posts wanted posters. The official line is the Service wants to make their stores cheerier or some such. google fbi wanted posters look at the suspects and see if there might be another reason.

Gee, I give up. The Top-10 includes an international terrorist (UBL), a drug cartel kingpin, several guys who have been wanted for 10-20 years, and 4-5 fresh faces.

belive it or not,the post office says it has been policy for many years,but i guess some offices don't comply. they claim thy are too distracting to the customer who evidently can't cope with all the decisions that mailing something entails. i did not know any of this till i noticed they were gone in a certain office. i was told they still have them,but now you have to ask to see them. and yes there were at least 12 out of the 28 on Junes list were Hispanic.

i went through the whole list and this may not be accurate, but there are44 white american males,4 wht. am. women, 15 black am. men,1 black am. womon, 4 asian am. men,9 white hisp. men,and 1 naturalized turk. for a total of 78. there are 24 men and 1 woman from 20 different countries and 24 men listed as Mexican nationals,for 49 total. i admit to being in a slight rant mood over a story about the minutemen in morristown tn.,as usual making charges of racism.

Boy can I tell you some stories...come on down to what feedthehogs calls the place "where the old come to die" and I assure you this is a really big deal. These people will wait in line for 30 minutes for a $.37 stamp that they can buy at the automated stamp dispenser at the front. Or, they will wait in the same line to mail a letter that they could have just dropped in the little slot. They also seem to live for trips to the post office and Publix.

what brought this on was the Mayor of Morristown Tn. compared a Minuteman organization to the ku klux klan. once again it is some sort of racism not criminal conduct that is at issue.
