Alright I know there are rubber bullets in 9x18mm for traning but what I'm looking for is a set of 7 normal rounds minus the primer and powder.
If any one can reload for 9x18mm please let me know as I would like to buy a set of 6 dummys that are FMJ and 1 dummy that was a JHP. Shiping woulden't be much and if some one will do this for a resonable price let me know.

Pull bullet, dump powder, insert into gun and fire to pop primer, reinsert bullet.

Well that was the thing I was trying to find some one to make me a dummy before I buy 20 rounds for $14 + shiping as I dont know if my pa-63 will load them as not as some poeple have reported problems and others say that it feeds JHP fine in theres.

If you are looking to use them as snap caps then something (such as rubber) should fill the primer cavity in the case to protect the firing pin.

not realy I'm not looking to dry fire with them in there just looking to chamber then un-chamber for reliability testing.

Hand cycling ammo to check function is not a 100% indicator of how they will actually perform when fed thru the pistol. The only sure way to tell is to buy a box of the ammo you would like to use and SHOOT it! If it fails to function, try another type/brand till you find one that works. Then buy another half dozen boxes and shoot them. If it functions with those, then you/ve found your carry ammo. There are no shortcuts, save the money you would spend on "dummy rounds" and buy ammo! Good luck!

Yea I know it isnt a 100% thing that if it will load into the gun it will be reliable but when 9x18 JHP ammo is $15 for 20 rounds I would like to know if I can at least load 1 at a time and be able to use the stuff up. Not to mention it will be a while before I can get to the range.

Not all bullets are the same. There can be different oglives, nose profiles, and OAL. Unless the dummy round made up for you use the exact same bullet and loaded to the same OAL as the box of cartridges you buy then you still won't have any definative answer. Unless there's a problem with your chamber then any factory spec ammo should chamber in your pistol. By that I mean fit in your chamber, feeding is another subject.
Unfortunately the only thing to do is to buy the cartridges and shoot them to see if your pistol will function with them. If not then maybe adjustments can be made to the pistol, but a trial of various ammo makes better sense.
Now remember a functioning load means nothing to it's accuracy in your pistol or if it shoot to the sights. You can expend right much ammo finding what functions, is accurate, and shoot to the sights in a particular pistol. The $15 spent is part of the learning curve on that particular pistol and you have to accept that or just shoot ball (FMJ) ammo in that pistol.

You can get Russian 95 and 115 grain JHP for about $6 a box of 50. It's great stuff for practice or carry.
