Ever have rounds jamb in the magazine?

This has happened a few times now in my Arcus factory mags, and aftermarket (BHP mags). Part of one round will get lodged next to another round, instead of sitting staggered, and the follower won't push them up. I had to take a stick to dislodge the stuck round. It's kind of annoying because you don't know that it happened until you're shooting and the gun goes click instead of bang.

I had a S&W 52-2. I don't handload. I had a heckuva time finding .38 special wadcutters that were exactly the right length to NOT lock up in the magazine. (Guess that's what S&W gets for making an automatic that shoots .38 special?)
It also happens when mag springs give up the ghost.

Its far too common for me with Para Ordnance widebody .45ACP mags, doesn't take much sand or crud to cause the follower to bind leading to feed failures.

I carelessly loaded my Kel-Tec P-32 magazine and ended up with two cartridges rim locked.
Does that count??
