Anyone carry a concealed double stack?

Just curious if anyone carries a concealed double-stack pistol? While I prefer the double-stacks for home defense, a desk gun, car gun, etc.; I can't seem to be able to effectively carry a concealed one without a bulge. As a matter of fact, I've discovered that I can carry a larger single stack more effectively than I can carry a smaller double stack.

KelTec P11, but that doesn't really count because it's still so small, and often hides in a coat pocket anyway.
Sig P228, Glock 19, and CZ75B at one time or another, OWB mostly.
I've found blowing wind to be The Ultimate Evil afflicting the effectiveness of a cover garmet, which means that while all my double stacks (and my 1911s) can conceal very well when I'm standing around the house looking in the mirror, only the P11 is immune to the elements in regards to concealment.

Yep...a CZ-75BD or PCR, depending on mood and weather. Next to the Browning HP, the CZ-75 series is possibly the easiest full-sized double-stack service pistol to carry due to its slimness.

I carry a P.14 Limited also, with a Hogue grip too. Can we get the grip any fatter?:D
I have big hands and really prefer the grip of a big fat double stack.
I will scale down as clothing mandates, but the P.14 is always my first choice.

Easy to carry. I don't carry my Beretta 92 (also double stack) nearly as often due to the weight and increased bulk.

Howdy,
Taurus PT 111 (9mm) and PT 145 (.45). In the summertime, I use DeSantis Nylon holsters for the 9mm, and can conceal this quite nicely. I also use an ankle holster when wearing baggy jeans or sweats. In colder months, I'll carry the 45. The PT 145 is one of the smallest (if not smallest) 45's that will carry a double stack with 11 rounds total.
Thanks,
Tony

No way could I carry a double stack concealed everyday. If I had to do it for a job I could do it but just for everyday life, they are too fat and heavy. I carry a Kel-Tec P-32 everyday. When I say everyday, I really mean it. A lot of people claim to carry every day and they sat that the carry a CZ-75 or a Beretta 92 or a Glock 21. I don't buy it. I have been there and done that, you end up not carrying at times because it just takes too much to conceal them under certain circumstances. How many people are going to strap on their full sized pistol just to walk down the driveway to check the mail or to jump in the car and head down to the store for milk? I will have my P-32 on me but I would take a full sized gun. In that sense, the P-32 is great, it really is the gun for when you can't have a gun.

WHAT?
I missed something I guess.........Concealing a double stack is not really all that bigga deal people.
I got a Virtical rig for my Pre-B and it's not no problem to conceal, not at all.........I mean I don't walk around with it hang'n out in the open or anything but when I go out wearing my shoulder rig I just throw on my Dress coat or my leather blazer.......and, Da da da......It's gone!
When I'm in the house or yard I just leave it on........I wear it so often it's like the thing is not even there.
Weight is not a problem either......The duel mag pouches on the other side balance the weight out pretty good.
I'm in tight with local law enforcement too so I'd say that helps with the nasty looks from cops if its detected.......And when a reg Joe-Blow notices........well...........so?..............Chances are he's got one too. lol
But when to old rig gets alittle break I just slap on a pancake and I'm good to go......all day.
But I'll admit I get lazy sometimes, and just grab my MK9.:)

blued beretta 92fs 15+1 strong-side IWB in front in the pocket of my hip. hides pretty easy. it prints slightly, but only b/c I know it's there and am *constantly* aware it's there. it makes the shirt look like it's got a little wringle or fold there, like any untucked shirt might.

I carry a Ruger P-95 in a High Noon "Hideaway" IWB, under a denim or leather vest. Never been made. On one occasion, even my wife, who knows I carry, thought that all I had was her Kel-Tec P32 in a pocket.

I've kinda switched to my newer stuff. (You know how it is. You get a new pistol~you feel like having it on your hip.) But a lot of times, I carry my fat little Glock 27 in a black Rafter shark skin holster under an "untucked" shirt or under one of my concealment (yeah, yeah--I know.) vests. It's hard to beat nine .40 caliber RBCD's going out at 2100 FPS of muzzle velocity and 754 FtLbs of muzzle energy.

Firestar,
I couldn't have said it better. When I carry my G26 or my CDP, it is in a belly band, which I forget about because it is so comfortable. Unfortunately both guns are hard to conceal with the upcoming weather and shorts and tank tops. This is where my PT-22 and a pocket holster shines, and why my next purchase is the P-32.

OOPS!!! Me bad!!! The G36 is indeed a single stack!! I had it confused with it's unfortunate predecessor the Taurus PT-145!!!
