I've decided a plug is a must have. It already has trij sights. What exactly is an Agrip? Anything else that is worth putting on?

the agrip is a "decal" type sticky surface that you apply to the textured areas of you frame as it provides my stick/grip. some prefer it to the hogue slip on sleeves because it doesn't:
1. slip/move on the frame
2. have finger grooves
3. have palm swells
i'm a sorta simple man of simple taste. i like the hogue grips and added a 3.5lb sear, to go with my NY-1 trigger, to bring my trigger pull back to 5.5lbs...but with "feel"

a Lasermax laser sight is always a nice option. my bro has one on his G23, he seems to like it.

A NY1 Trigger. More positive, decreases likelihood of an AD. Also replaces the trigger spring, which is known to fail. $3.

Night sights is all I'd add since you already have the plug.

Mine came with night sights. The only change my local glock armorer suggested was a titanium guide rod.

Training and ammo are the best investments, it will beat any other $$ spent on the gun.

AGRIP!, ammo, and some high cap mags.
Have fun, cause you have the best all around pistol in the world.
