I've never known anyone who was happy with any of the .22 rimfire snap caps they have personally tried. Are any of them any good? Who makes the best ones?

I've been useing those little blue (at least mine are blue) funnel shaped plastic wall anchors for rim fire snap caps for years. Never had a problem with them.

Do they cycle and fit magazines though?

I use some cheapo ones from Brownells. You can use 'em more than once but each hammer strike dents the rim, and if your hammer hits hard it will deform the rim. You do get 50 in a pack though (I have yet to go through more than 10 myself).

Wall anchors? What a great idea! Thanks.

They won't cycle in the action or feed from the mag. I don't think. I've really never tried it, but I don't think they will.

Nope, just tried to load one in my Mitchell's mag, too wide. I guess you could slice one down some if you really wanted to.
