I mean wow, just wow. And I though my collection was out of control.

Best part; he has his own indoor range. That rocks.

200 million guns ....?

But what about the other 49 states?

Don't you all have some, too?

How does he know how long its been since he shot, say, that one over there?

And we haven't seen his ammo room, yet...

illuminatus99
March 22, 2003, 07:53 AM
wow, he's got more hardware than most small countries.

just with the guns in the pictures (said the pistols were in drawers) at an average of $2000 per gun (would be lower but the full-autos I figured would bring it up quite a bit) brings that collection in around the half million mark.

Like Lendringster said "I"m not worthy I'm not worthy". Awesome simply awesome collection.
I think I would like to post his addy somewhere a few bad guys could find it. He could post pic's of what happened to the intruders. :D

Does anyone make a waterproof keyboard, cause I just filled this one up with drool.

His collection seems to be lacking in the "conventional" pistol department, I dont even see a Glock or 1911. [Edit:] NM, they're stored in drawers out of the picture.

March 22, 2003, 09:14 AM
WOW.

I didn't even know Walther 2000s were made available in the US.

Tamara
March 22, 2003, 09:51 AM
The thing is, the guy says the only NFA items he has are the USAS and the Striker. (You'll notice there're no AOW's or SBR's and such hanging on the wall. The guy's probably like me: a Form 4 really interferes with the whole "instant gratification" thing. :D )

That DeLisle? Dummy silencer. Beltfeds? Semiauto.

Who makes the dummy DeLisle? I want one. What about the semiauto MG-34?

The one that absolutely floored me, though, was (like hksw) the WA2000.

Where does he get these wonderful toys??

El Tejon
March 22, 2003, 10:04 AM
Wow, sharp eye, Tamara.

Indeed, one would think a person of such resources would know (or make phone calls to know) the ins and outs of the NFA process. Maybe, just not showing them--if so, wise man.

Indeed, one would think a person of such resources would know (or make phone calls to know) the ins and outs of the NFA process.

Some folks (myself included) just really don't want to deal with the hassle.

(I believe that's the point to the hassle. ;) )

Tamara, that why (or part of the reason) I exist!:D

Another fine by-product of inane regulation--filthy parasites.

Sweet Tomato!

When Tamara is wowed, I must stand in awe. Nice of the guy to allow us into his shooting palace. Wish they'd do some large desktop photos! Whew, one of the more amazing collections I've ever seen, private or not.

That is the most amazing room I've ever seen. I think I have a new hero now. And he's in my state. I wonder if he'd be willing to let me come over and play? (I'd be willing to help clean up afterwards!)

BTW, did anyone else notice the Birdman .50BMG pistol in the first pic?

Who makes the dummy DeLisle? I want one.
Tamara, Valkyrie Arms (http://www.valkyriearms.com/) makes the DeLisle copies. Price is $1,795 for the suppressed version, $1,450 for the version with dummy suppressor.

The company I used to work for did the wiring in the house. Been there, much like a small hotel. If I remember right it is around 52,000 square foot. We used just over 2.38 miles of cable in it. There is a smaller guest house that is around 20,000 sqft. The ranch is around 1700 acers outside a little resort town.

I have been in that room, but sadly it was not done when I was there.

Steve stands to inherit a lot of stuff other than just all the guns.
