Having just seen the first episode of the second season of Battlestar Galactica (the newer one), I believe I saw a couple shots of a Beretta Storm during the woodland firefight on Kobol or whatever the planet's called.

A buddy who saw the same episode said it's nothing more than a prop that's not suppose to resemble any known firearm. Though I can say that's definately the case for the funky pistols they appear to be using, those carbines sure look familiar.

Of course it's no big deal either way, but I like to know when I'm right. Did anyone else happen to catch that program?

So, yes. We caught the show. :D They are Storms. They also use FN P90s and Vektor pistols (though the aircrew sidearm seems to be a fake).
