9.99 for Winchester white box. I picked it up for a local gun shop, who is a Winchester stocking dealer.

CTD (cheaperthandirt.com) sells S&B for about $9 a box. It's fairly high quality stuff and very clean to shoot.

does the red dye on the S&B ever mess up with the firing pin?

Gudel, it's not a problem. You will need to wipe it off after firing, but I've never found any in the firing pin chamber when I cleaned it.
