New Benelli? Clean it first and oil the bolt assembly so it cycles smoothly. Then, break it in with 50-100 rounds of full-power buckshot and/or slugs. After that, shoot the reduced-recoil stuff you bought, it should run fine.
I bet if you start off with the LE 133 00, though, it works. If not, practice clearing FTEs, then go back to break-in procedure outlined above.
Used Benelli? It's probably plenty broken-in already, just shoot what you bought. My M1 and M3 feed LE 132 00 with no problems. That's the 9-pellet version of what you got.
Of course, all of the above assumes you're shooting your Benelli in a "slick" configuration. The more uber-cool tactical stuff you hang on a Benelli, the more your odds increase that it will hiccup on you. Forego the external shell holder(s) on the receiver or stock, foregrips with embedded flashlights, scopes, etc. until after you've established that your gun is working as you would expect it to.

thanks so much, i will do that. I cant afford to buy more ammo right now, so I will put 50 rnds of birdshot through it first (i assume it has more recoil than 133). then ill start with the 133.

I have a M3. It cycles the following ammo. I'm sure your M1'll do the same. Try it first:
- Remington 00 buck, Max DRAM
- Remington Slug Max DRAM
- Remington #4, Max DRAM
- Federal Low Recoil Buck
- PMC 7-1/2 light target load
The only thing that wont feed is the Aguila mini-shell

If you have ammo that won't cycle in your auto, you can use it in conjunction with other shotshells that feed O.K.
1. If the problem ammo is not cycling the bolt far enough to feed the next shell, load your chamber with a problem-free shell, then place one of the less powerful shells in the tube first so that you can fire it last. You may have to manually lock the bolt open after shooting.
2. If the problem ammo cycles the bolt fine but will not feed from the tube or ramp, load the chamber with the problem ammo, release the bolt, and then load the better shells in the tube.
If you have any interest in Trap shooting, stick with 3-dram (1250 fps) 1 1/8 oz shells, such as Remington Nitro 27 or Winchester Super Handicap. If you're not shooting a sport with the 3-dram limit, you can also shoot 3 1/4 dram (1300 fps) 1/8 oz shells, such as Remington Nitro Sporting Clays or Winchester Sporting Clays. Hunting loads might cycle even better, but some clay sports only allow up to 1 1/8 oz and #9 to #7 1/2 shot.
