Has anyone pointed this out to Oleg? I remember in recent memory one organization (Violence Policy Center) that used his images without permission and has ignored him. Another one, a magazine, apologized and said they wouldn't use the work of the person who used his pics without permission any more.

The "we" that the poster is reffering to is the human race. Considering the stance of the U.N. i would not be at all suprised if american soldiers where deliberatly EXCLUDED from that number.

I'd like to see some statistics on the proportion of the killing and dying that Americans are doing over there. Reading between the lines, it seems like the various native factions are giving and taking the vast majority of the punishment. When does it become a civil war?

That is immaterial ... like all gun control groups they misuse "firearms death" stats.


They claim that around the world, someone dies every minute from guns ... first off I think its an amazing (and good) thing that the number is so low. But what the stat doesn't tell you is who is dying.

They would like you to think that everyone who is shot to death is an "innocent".

In one of their videos they show a man with an AK giving cover fire to a bunch of women and children (a still of which is used in the 2nd PDF I linked above).

So in my estimation (not knowing what's going on for sure in the video) it looks to me like anyone that guy kills deserves to die for firing on women and children.


Not all gun deaths are a bad thing ... not all those shot are "innocents" ... in fact in the US the vast majority of GSW "victims" are criminals, not Accountants, store clerks, soccer moms or children.
