.45, if you can still find it, Hornady produced a 230 grain Jacketed SWC at 850. 9mm, not sure. Perhaps someone who knows ammo makkers who cater to IPSC types can help. I know Atlanta Arms made some that was IPSC major in .45, probably something similar in 9mm.

Same (old) question: How fast you want? How much money you got?As fast/energetic as a G19 or USP .45 barrel can safely handle. Money's not the issue.

Winchester SuperClean has muzzle velocity of 1050 FPS and 416 ft. lbs. in .45 ACP. in 9mm luger, it's 1200 fps and 336 ft. lbs. But the bullet's made of tin.

WinClean does pretty well, but SuperClean's a bit better. I think there's also some Federal SWC, but it's even worse.
