looking to try pyrodex "p"

I was given 2 pounds of pyrodex "p" by a freind who is getting out of reloading , I was looking for some Recipes for .357/.38spec. and 45-70 do any exist?? the 45-70 is a marlin from the 70's the 357 is ruger vaqauro . I just want to try out the smokepole stuff and see what it do .

My son jujst got a smokepole so I was reading up on loading for it yesterday.
IIRC,Pyrodex P is a pistol powder and doubt that it would work well in a rifle,but not positive.
try the Hodgodon website,I'll bet they have data as they make the stuff.
