In my opinion, the SRK is the better blade. I have both and like both. But, the SRK is a bit thicker and the rubber grip/kydex sheath sort of seals the deal for me.

I agree, the SRK is definitely the better knife. It's twice the price, but it's a higher grade of steel, better built, and razor sharp out of the box.
