Where would I list a Texas CHL class on here?

i am planning on running a Texas CHL class in the North Austin area on Sunday Sept. 11, and was wondering where i could list it with a special pricing for THR members...

anyway, should i list it in the WTS Accessories portion or....?

You could list it in the Group Buys forum, and also mention it in Strategies & Tactics (check with Jeff if you like - he moderates that forum, and I've seen other training announcements there).
