Fair for a friend?

I have a Moss 500 persuader that I was going to offer to a friend--its the 18.5 barrel, 6+1 tube, pistol and buttstock, brand new in the box. I was going to offer it for $240--is that an okay "friend price"?

if its new in box, i'd sell it for exactly what i had into it. once its used, then you can consider if its lost any value and adjust the price accordingly.
