Didn't we have a recent thread about Wackenhut security troops having ND's? I think it was a person who shot herself in the foot with an AR-15, which had to be about contact distance. Is this a Wackenhut uniform?

That has got to be in another country. Not that this picture here is in Jamaica but I was there this past summer (BTW will never go back) and I saw armed guards outside jewlery stores praticing similar tatics with shotguns.
