Has anyone used the Hogue Hand All grip on the
third generation G 17??

I have not used the Hogue but I do use a piece of bicycle inner tube. About the same thing and almost free. It gives me just a little better grip without changing the dimension.

I prefer the Pachmyer because it does not have a swell in the palm. Fits perfect and feels right.

It makes a big grip bigger. Try some skateboard tape applied sparingly to contact points of the frame. You get better security of grip without any of the added girth.

Have tried the slip on style grips and don't like them as spend much time practicing "draw" etc.

The 3M "Safety-Walk" texturized syn rubber tape can find in Home Depot type stores fpr .69 cents per foot in 1" width is virtually the same as what "Decal-Grip" is made from.

Great adhesive and grip. No mess when it wears out and removed/replaced.
