OK, I had an idea last night for a cool poster idea.

Guy in green uniform with a "Smokey the bear" hat, holding a gun, as if he is handing it to the camera, and the text that says, "Only YOU can prevent Terrorism"

What do you think?

Oh, and just because I like-em (and the obvious historical aspect), perhaps the weapon should be an M1! Though, Oleg makes great decisions with his, so go-go gadget Artistic Licence!

Switch it to a shotty, the uniform to something Highway Patrol-insh and the phrase to "Only you can prevent crime" and you've got a winner.

I have just the officer to model for that in mind! Will have him extend the shotgun, handing it to the viewer.
