Anybody know where I can find a list of serial numbers for Colts in 45 cal? Looking specifically for models from 1936 to 1945.

AND; any clue when this New Service was made? SN 319XXX

Your Colt New Service, Serial No. 319XXX was made in 1923.

There are a number of books on the market that list serial numbers vs. date-of-manufacturing, covering the time span you mention. I suggest "Colt's/Dates of Manufacture" by R.L. Wilson.

Between 1936-1945 Colt made New Service, Shooting Master, and Single Action Army revolvers in .45 Colt or .45 ACP/Auto Rim.
and Government Model or National Match 45 pistols.
