'Arsenal' as in bulgaria arsenal (arsenal inc) doesnt make an AMD. It sounds like an arsenal reciever (arsenal usa, or global trades, which is different from arsenal inc). Its probably a kit build on a US reciever, and its based on one of the cheaper kits. I'd say its priced about double what its worth, at the very least.
Edit: To elaborate, AMD kits were a dime a dozen until recently. They were low 100s as far as price. For $800 you can damn near buy anything you want AK related, except a krink. If its not a krink, or a preban of some sort, its not worth 800. A AMD for 800 is robbery.

I am kinda thinking tho, spending another 200 beans, and getting that sick Krebs, it'll be sweet.

Yep. It takes a LOT to make an AK worth $800 and an AMD aint it, not by a long shot.
For $800 you can just about have an AKS-74 on a bulgarian receiver, countless kinds of prebans, a yugo krink, new real arsenals, etc.
