I think the US and Britain should tap into the oil revenue stream to pay for aid, which will be coming from us anyway, rather than let that bunch of checkbook ubersocialists from the third world that pull the strings at the UN get their paws on it. I can just see the Ghanian delegation getting a fleet of Maybachs if we let these clowns touch Iraq's oil. France will get the contracts to build the villas for the Paraguayan contingent, and everyone will be happy except the Iraqi people.
