338 rifle needed!

I would realy like to put a 338 cal rifle together while keeping the cost down , any opinions? everyting concidered......thanks! :confused:

i thought savage dropped the 338??

shop the used racks for the configuration you want. i can't tell you how many deals i passed on rugers before i finally found what i wanted: a 26" remington or winchester. ultimately i wound up w/ a winchester classic off the used rack that had never been fired.

i passed on rugers because i don't like the 24" barrels and the scope mounting options - but if you are ok w/ that, then a used ruger is tough to beat for price.
