Found a place selling Walter P38 for $499. Says they are WWII era. Also says limited number.

Is this a pretty good price? What would a similar one go for?

Who is it? German Specialties?

I bought a Manhurin/Walther PP in .22 from the guy.
He double billed my credit card and I have to have the credit company threaten him to have it the second charge removed.

the charge was removed, and the gun arrived as described, actually better than described.
German Specialties wholesales to the wholesalers and I can tell you that if you buy direct from him he will give you a pick of the litter gun.
Just watch your card statement carefully,,,,, ;)

InterOrdnance is supposed to be getting a shipment of them from Russia in the near future. Unfortunately, they haven't listed a price yet. I've been debating whether to wait or not. SOG has had some issues over their rating method. Sometimes the guns aren't as good as they claim.

I am not sure where i will get one from. THanks for all who suggested other places to try. I did a 1895 nagant through SOG, at the time i hadnlt heard of them, my FLL suggested them after i found out AIM was sold out.

Still wondering about what is a good price for a WWII P38?

A couple of years ago I bought an AC code P-38 from FGS in (I think) Ohio. I is matching, mint bore, excellent, probably dipped in a Soviet arsenal, and cost about $450. I believe they still have them.
The import stamp is tiny and underneath the left stock - very nice way to do it.
